Forced to use postage service the buyer didn’t pay for.
I recently sold a phone case and followed the process to allow the buyer to select the service and pay for postage. They selected Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter. When I packaged the item and followed the onscreen instructions to get the label it made me select Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel. The order was shipped as a large letter (as it met the criteria) but anyone know why I was forced to pay for additional postage from my funds?
