force returns
Hi everyone, I'm having a problem. I sold a pair of used glasses that were in great condition, without scratches. I made a video before sending them to the buyer, but she damaged the glasses to force a return. What do you do in this case?

Mentor3 months agoIs it possible they were damaged in transit? If so and the buyer opens a return using that reason, if you used Simple Delivery eBay will issue the refund and you keep the payment. Item does not have to be sent back.
