For to scan collection code
Hi,
Had a collection in person for someone and I forgot to scan the qr code. I contacted the buyer and asked them for the 6 digit code but it didn’t work.
Does anyone know what I can do?

Mentor1 week agoThey may have given you the wrong numbers, you could send them a polite message for them to resend that code.
Or, which device and browser are you using, if the app or mobile browser switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try it with Chrome, see if it works there.
If all fails, you may have to wait a minimum of 14 days for that payout to be released.

Mentor1 week agoThere's noting else you can do. If the payment is on hold it will be released anyway after 14 days.
