Football shirt Incorrect Name on Back
My wife has purchased 3 football shirts which have been delivered but have SON number 7 on the back when we requested no writing to be visible - we are outside the 30 days return and it seems the listings have been removed stating they violate guidelines - we have Ebay protection payment how best to speak with someone or get this resolved any assistance greatly appreciated

·7 months agoYou state you are outside the 30 days Ebay allow, so there is nothing you can do through Ebay.
When you say, 'we have Ebay protection payment' do you mean you paid a Buyers Protection Fee?
That payment is separate to the Money Back Guarantee and does not cover returns.
As you have purchased items online which were not as described, your payment source might be able to help.
How did the buyer pay?
