Mentor2 weeks agoBecause you're registered in Bulgaria, your UK buyer will be subject to a 20% extra fee.
If you now live in the UK you need to open a new eBay account with your UK address and add your UK bank account.

Then, you need to contact Customer Services here for them to change your country of registration as it is showing registered in Bulgaria. Only CS can do this for you.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
