I have been a long term ebay buyer & seller , I purchased an item and its given me tracking and say its been delivered, with a picture but its not my door, I have doorbell footage of no one knocking on that day
I have messaged the seller and there response let ebay deal with it
I have asked ebay to step in but its in been a week and its still nothing other than case opened waiting for ebay response
I hate confrontation and its really making me uneasy , never had nothing like this , I kbow my post man , always let on to him etc
Please please help , everytime I speak to ebay its automated and takes me back to case opened

Mentor2 weeks agoBecause the tracking shows delivery it's likely that you'll lose here and it will be found in the sellers favour. There should be an 'Appeal' option though, so use that.
If you lose the appeal and you paid with a debit/credit card or Apple Pay you can issue an item not received chargeback via your card provider.
