Fire Risk
Received an email that explains an electrical item I purchased has been re called. The item actually catches fire. I’ve tried to contact the seller who it appears is no longer on eBay I also can’t find the purchase in my purchases list under the seller or item number

If it was UK business seller, contact citizens advice for help.
