finishing with eBay and there customer support
25 years with eBay but now you have gone too far and I will no longer be using eBay.
Waited for an item thats not arrived been almost 2 weeks and ebay have stated i need to wait till the 27th today just telephoned them and said no i have to wait till the end of the day so I explained the end of the 27th means I have to wait till the 28th
they then said i need to ring them on the 28th to discuss the matter
thats me done with eBay

Mentor2 weeks agoNo point talking to CS about an item which hasn't arrived, you can open a case for a refund when exactly one day and it is timed to the second, passes tour item's last estimated date for delivery.
Worth noting that those are just eBay's ' estimates' not a definite date, and post is not that reliable for some these days, worth waiting a few more days past that last estimate, if item still not arrived, then just open a case for item not received, and escalate on day 4, if not refunded beforehand.

delivery by 21st
case opended as its ebay simple delivery cra p then wait till the 27th and so on
