The usual places to get a collection code aren’t showing one. How do I get a new collection code (I’ve paid, and I have the item already)

Mentor1 week agoAssuming you paid online via ebay the code should be on the confirmation email sent by ebay. If not the payment may be held for 14 days but the seller will get it after that.

Mentor1 week agoIf you have checked your order details, emails even spam and eBay messages , and do this on a laptop /PC not the app, all to no avail then contact CS as you only have 7 days to collect your item after being notified it's at your collection point.
It's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.
