final sold price not right
Ebay are putting in the sold listing prices that items sold for only £ 0.08 which has been very odd when some items sold for over £10 ,so why is ebay saying the items sold for £0.08 ,not very good one seller has quite a few of these £0.08 on his sold listings and other sold prices are correct ,so even he is concerned ebay need to sort this out .

Tech have provided an update that this issue has now been fixed. The items sold should no longer be showing the incorrect amount.

Thanks for following up.
Yes the ticket remains open with tech and currently being worked on. We don't have a timescale on the resolution but once we have confirmation of it being resolved I will come back and update.

OP11 months agoseems to have started in sept not before ,the one seller has quite a few items that apparently sold for £0.08p . yet his other items show the right sold price ,it seems very random for the £0.08p .

OP10 months agoGood evening Kate ,regarding the final sold prices showing £0.08 p the problem has got worse ,if you look at cambrian-coast-collectables there are alot there going back into august now too , where before it was just in september sales but now there are alot of £0.08 showing

·11 months agoI have noticed this as well.
The site has been horribly glitchy this month and this is another worrying issue.
You can see the proper 'sold' price with a few more clicks but clearly this should not be happening.
I am adding the Community Team to this thread - it would be helpful if you could add an item number @plentyoflifestillinit64

Many strange things happening since Simple Delivery was introduced.
