Files required to return item?
Trying to return an item purchased today 05/08/26 after contacting seller & agreed to return & refund. I go to "Return item" I enter "reason for return" then I get a further request for "files required for return" ? I can't get past this point ? anyone help ? E bay return info just keeps returning me to this point & I cant get progress past this...

You cannot return something you have not got?
You need to give a better explanation of what the problem is.

OP5 days agoMy bad explanation,
"Trying to return an item purchased today 05/08/26 after contacting seller & agreed to return & refund."
It needed a "comma" between the words "purchased & today"
( purchased,today ) So to explain I had already purchased it. I was today 5/8/26 trying to return the item.
Hope that is clearer :-) Issue now resolved !

OP5 days agoThank you peaseblossom I accidentally did click on the photo of the item.... and posted it in the "files" section.... and it worked ! But thanks for answering the question.... you were right ! :-)
