Mentor10 months agoIf you bought an item from an international seller or location then there may be import fees (and Customs Duty if it was over £135).
If you've returned an item you still need to pay FedEx the fee and then reclaim it from HMRC (there's a form on their website). You won't get back the FedEx admin fee though.
These fees are nothing to do with the seller or eBay - you are the importer and must pay them. FedEx will pursue you for this (been there).

Mentor10 months agoThis sounds like import fees for item you bought from non UK seller.
Unusualy FedEX send invoice for these after delivery,
most carriers only deliver once fees are paid.
Not sure why you think ebay should sort.
FYI. Failure to pay import fees invalidates ebay MBG.
