Can anyone tell me why my feedback score is decreasing over time when I have received no received no recent feedback.

Mentor6 months agoYour total feedback score and record will not reduce and can still be viewed, but your percentage of positive feedbacks is calculated only on feedback received within the last year. So if you have received no recent feedbacks it will eventually revert to zero.
Conversely, of course, it may temporarily increase when the single neg you have received is over a year old.
With recent feedbacks only in single figures even one neg has a huge effect on the percentage. For example, if your feedback was just one positive feedback, your percentge would be 100% positive. But it was just one negative feedback, it would be zero percent positive!
