Feedback sales number is rising but the feedback and name of buyer is not being added. Why is this?
Summary: bomba-600 raised an issue regarding the feedback system, where the sales numbers are increasing, but the feedback details and buyer names are not being recorded. tressygirl participated in the discussion, but their response was not detailed in the content provided.
My last 4 sales buyers have left feedback as number went up by 4 but there is no actual feedback left. I block users who d not leave feedback as i always do deals for people then selfishly they get what they want and cannot throw me a crumb. So i am in effect blocking people now who may have left feedback for me.
This has only started happening since i did a deal for a buyer but told them before the sale if they do not leave feedback they will be blocked....bit of a coincidence!
Any help would be appreciated, Ebay are no help whatsoever!

Mentor2 months agoI'm not sure why you are not seeing feedback left , as I can see all your positive feedbacks with feedbacks written alongside.
Are you using the app, switch to a desktop browser, try Chrome that works best with eBay, and look at your feedback, select ' Most Recent' on the right.
One tip if I may, please do not block buyers who do not leave feedback !
It's not mandatory to leave any, and most don't. Buyers are a very rare commodity nowadays, read the very many threads on this forum how low and dire sales are for most. Buyers may be very happy with the purchases they have made from you, and could well wish to return to buy more, only to find themselves blocked!
You have a healthy feedback score, truly you do not need to lose valuable buyers for a few more feedback 'points'.
