often receive automated emails from sellers requesting feedback , can anyone advise how i can do this as a seller? automated request emails?

Mentor1 month agoNever wise to ask for feedback, buyer might suddenly remember a problem they had not bothered to do anything about.
Result - return request, seller to pay return postage and refund, and possibly negative feedback.
Is it worth the risk?

Mentor1 month agoEbay send feedback reminders, so sellers/buyers don't need to.
But as feedback is voluntary, no one has to leave it.
TBH. If I receive reminder from a seller, I would be inclined to leave non positive.
Sometimes no feedback is better than a negative.
