Feedback removal
EBay have decided not to remove feedback that I requested:
Buyer bought an item and then left negative feedback about not received a battery with the item.
In my listing, the title and description both state in capital letters that no battery is supplied. Hence why I asked for feedback to be removed.
I am clearly right in asking for feedback to be removed, is there an appeal process that I can go through? Many thanks!

Mentor2 weeks ago@theclearancecouple You could try getting it removed under the reason 'The buyer is raising an issue that was correctly disclosed in the listing' in eBay's feedback policy (link below):

You can apply to have it removed via this webform:

OP2 weeks agoHi. I asked EBay to remove as the feedback was factually incorrect so violated policies. I didn’t bother with the feedback revision as I don’t think the buyer would revise. X
