Help please! I've just come back to eBay after several years away. I used to have 1000s of positive feedbacks but now I seem to have nothing! How can I check?

Mentor11 months agoIt's all still there. On your feedback profile here, Feedback profile change the sort order in the dropdown from Most Relevant to Most Recent and it appears. Because all your feedback is old, ebay don't consider any of it "relevant" and, as their default sort order for feedback is now "Most Relevant", nothing is showing until you change the sort order. Stupid I know, but this is ebay.

Mentor11 months agoNo doubt because feedback shown is for last 12 months, you have none to show, but it does not reduce your number 753, or make old feedback go away.

Mentor11 months agoThe app has very limited functionality so many things are missing from it. It's just not that great.
