Feedback problems.
Feedback problems. There is an issue with my feedbacks they keep changing one day to another. seems like a glich. Is there a phone number for the ebay so that I can find out why this is happening?

But any neutral or negatives will still show comments.

Mentor1 month agoExplain what you mean by changing, depending on what figures you look at they can change as fb over a year old drop out and new fb comes in.

OP1 month agoform example. I have 1 negative feedback at the moment, a few hours later it changes to 2 and it has been doing that for a couple of weeks. I have no other negative feedbacks and also see that new positive feedbacks do not appear on my page. Have you come across something like this?

Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer. Use a phone, not a laptop .
