Feedback not being added to feedback ratings
Why is ebay not adding my feedback to feedback ratings ? I bought an item, the seller sent good feedback but it was not added to my feedback ratings !! am I missing some thing ? I tried contacting customer support but just went round in circles with the dumb Ai then it stopped me from asking for an agent !!

Mentor1 month agoIt's possible that your feedback total stayed at 191 after the last seller left some because an earlier one was removed by eBay for some reason.

OP1 month agobut the whole thing is missing not just the number but the feedback it's self as far as I am aware !! I tried looking up my own name but that did not work !!

Mentor1 month agoIt's hard to help you, your question is so confusing.
You asked about your feedback ratings. These are calculated by eBay for a rolling 12 month period. They have nothing to do with your actual feedbacks.
As regards your last feedback, if you can't see it how do you know it's been given? Or that it wasn't removed for some rule infringement? If a valid feedback was left it will work its way through the system. I think you should just give it some time.
