By the way you cannot change it, seller has to send you a proper feedback revision request

Mentor1 month agoNooo, do not change feedback on such a promise, as it is rarely fulfilled.
What is the refund for?
Have you received a faulty / damaged item, one not as described? Then, you are entitled to a full refund.
Come back and explain the reason for this ' refused' refund and we can advise further.
I have just looked at the feedback you have left and cannot see any neutral feedback, was this on another account ?
