Feedback from buyers
I would like to suggest an alternative to the current feedback system. We are leaving feedback for the seller in essence, so can we leave it per transaction rather than per item. When buying multiples from one seller it is very time consuming and unnecessary I fee to complete multiple identical reports. Any problem with a specific item could be addressed in the text box surely ? .

Mentor5 months agoWhen leaving feedback you can use a feedback line from your stored 'box' just select the one you want to use and it will apply to all. As though as @tressygirl mentions if there are multiple items on an order only one feedback counts (in numerical terms) as its classed for the 'order' eg if you had 10 items on one order only 1 feedback would count.

Mentor5 months agoIf you are buying multiple from a seller over a short period of time, I believe it's 7 days, then only one feedback is added to their feedback score.
I understand the wish to leave feedback perhaps on each one, but you are not denying the good seller any additional feedback percentage.

Mentor5 months agoYes the feedback is available if you wish to fill them in for all items, I was only explaining it will only count a 1 for the seller's feedback % score.
Feedback is voluntary you don't have to leave any.
