Mentor1 month agoIf you leave feedback then it shows as a positive transaction with your buyer, and they may be able to apply to get a non-payment strike removed.

Mentor1 month agoSellers cannot leave neg feedback (or neg comments on the positive rating) for buyers. Issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days to end transaction and put a non-payment defect on their account. Too many of those and their account will be suspended. More info:
