Was this for a Top Rated Seller? Then, you need to wait 7 days before being able to leave negative feedback . This is to give busy sellers time to try and solve any issue you have with their item.
If it has been removed, would be helpful for us to know what you wrote, as there are feedback rules to follow.
Mention anything about a case, refund or any eBay involvement, this breaks those rules and the seller can ask for the feedback to be removed.
As above if feedback rules are broken, a seller can ask for it to be removed. Leave something like... Very disappointed with this unsatisfactory transaction and that would remain as a neg. feedback.
The feedback you showed above doesn't show any breach of rules, but did you go onto say a refund had to be made, a case with eBay was opened?
