Fee Payment Issue
Hello,
I sold an iPhone but the buyer decided to cancel the purchase. Now I have a fee of £13.52 to pay. I have tried several times to make the payment, but I am unable to complete it.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

This incurs a non refundable listing fee of 4% of your set reserve, and it's payable sale or no sale.
Otherwise it could be a fee from another item? This will show you a breakdown of your transactions, fees paid and payouts made:
