Faulty Memory
Hi Guys, I purchased a pair of memory sticks from a seller. Unfortunately, one of the pair showed a fault, and the computer would not boot when it was installed. After speaking to the seller, I started a return, but the seller keeps dragging it out, even on eBay. Customer support is dragging it out and will get back to me even after the AI said I will get a refund. Any ideas from you Guys

OP10 months agoThe refund has finally come through; this had dragged on a tad. I thank @plpmr,@fargvs, @papso22 for their kind help. Thank you, Guys

Mentor10 months agoYou only have 30 days from delivery date to open an official 'Item not as described' (faulty) case --- If you have done this ??, Seller or eBay should supply a prepaid return label --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay on day 4 for their assistance >

Mentor10 months agoit look like you are too early to escalate the case, try tomorrow.

Mentor10 months agoYou shouldn't need to deal with CS. If the seller hasn't provided a return label after 3 business days there should be a option in the case to escalate to ebay automatically.
Did you open the case within 30 days of delivery?
