Faulty Laptop

Please I ordered a laptop from a seller here in ebay in November. The specifications ordered was 1TB but the seller delivered 256gb. I contacted him and we agreed for a replacement. I got the replacement in December 2025 and this laptop came with a one year warranty, he also added 3 months warranty because of the issue. Now the laptop is not even up to a year and it is not charging or working again since July. I have contacted him yet he doesn’t respond to me, more like he also blocked me due to the faulty laptop I reported to him. I have been unable to contact ebay to help because they have closed the first case I reported which is now difficult to report another complaint on same order. What do I do? I feel scammed by this seller
