Have you contacted seller?
Try Your payment provider or if UK business contact citizens advice if they are not helpful.

Mentor1 month agoAny warranty offered by any seller anywhere is only ever going to be as good as your ability to enforce it when required and, as you've unfortunately discovered, you can’t.
You have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay’s Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection, same for PayPal.
If you paid with a debit/credit card or ApplePay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback.
Unfortunately, for an item bought 6 months ago, you're way out of time to pursue a refund.
If your seller is a UK registered business seller you may want to take some free advice from one of the online consumer groups (National Consumer Service is a good one, lots of free legal advice available there) or Citizens Advice regarding pursuing this via a legal claim.
