Faulty Item over 90 Days
Anyone know how to get through to eBay customer services? The seller isn’t taking messages, the AI is going around in circles and I have a £300 wine cooler that’s lasted 10 months. I’ve spent hours going around in circles.

Mentor5 months agoeBay won't be able to help here. You have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay, same for PayPal.
If you paid with a debit/credit card or ApplePay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback.
Unfortunately, for items bought that long ago, you're now out of time to pursue a refund.
If your seller is a UK registered business seller you may want to take some free advice for Citizens Advice regarding pursuing this via a legal claim.
