Faulty item after 10 months
Samsung smart ring.
Bought a ring from a business 10 months ago and unfortunately it won't hold a charge for longer than 4 hours .
I've sent messages to the business for 3 days and they won't reply , trying to get help from ebay is totally useless just keep going round and round in circles .

Mentor1 month agoI'm afraid it's too late to do anything about it on ebay. They only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties. Payment providers only allow 120 days.
If the value makes it worthwhile you could use the small claims court, now called money claim online:
