Faulty item
I want to return an item which I bought in March 2025 and is within the sellers stipulated one year warranty. It has developed a fault. Seller has not sent a return address and the system on eBay is not enabling me to resolve the issue.

·10 months agoEbay allow you to start a case for returning an item a maximum of 30 days from receipt so there is nothing you can do through Ebay.
You will have to pursue this with the seller.
If it is a UK business seller, try writing to them or ringing them to outline the issue and what you expect them to do.
