Summary: francierocks purchased a shark robotic vacuum which never worked properly. Hi
I purchased a shark robotic vac on the 16 April. It never worked properly. I contacted the seller who assured me they would contact shark and get me a replacement unit. It never came. Now I am out of the returns date. I asked eBay for help they refused. I asked PayPal for help and they said they found in favour of the seller.
I would have returned the unit straight away but Tiff the seller assured me he would sort it. He was stalling for time so my claim would be out of date. Any one any advice?
