Mentor5 months agoHave you never read the money back guarantee, open a Not as described return. Seller has to provide prepaid return label.

Mentor5 months agoYou have 30 days to open a claim with eBay or Paypal, if you used a card to pay try raising a claim with them
How long ago did you receive the laptop?

Mentor5 months agoYou should be in time to raise a claim with your payment provider if you paid with card as the time limit there is normally 120 days.
If you didn't use card you can contact citizens advice if it was sold by a business seller, if a private seller there is nothing you can do now.
