Family bereavement
Hi, On Tuesday I was called to Birmingham from Somerset because my elderly Mother has suffered a massive stroke and she is not expected to last the weekend. Of course there will ve all sorts of loose ends to tie up before I return to Somerset. I had 11 sales to attend too but obviously couldn't honour the postaltime frames. I messaged every buyer and gave refunds but I am worried this will decimate my ebay metrics and they they might even close my account. How can I get this through to eBay? Thanks for any help.
