False unpaid item
I have received the following :-
‘Because of repeated unpaid items, your account is limited’
So I can’t make a bid, however I have never ever not paid for an item, so don’t understand why this message has come up?
And I can not contact eBay at all

You do need to contact eBay to sort this for you.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
