false reason of cancelation
I would like to report a dishonest seller. He didn't send my parcel twice and gave a false reason for the cancellation. how can I do ?

But if you've received a refund although ebay may put a defect on the seller's account they cannot force them to sell to you.

Mentor10 months agoUsing any other reason and seller gets a defect, which can be serious and cause restrictions on selling.
Using for example Buyer’s request, no defect, however if you report abuse of the system, that should mean he will be in trouble with ebay.
