Mentor3 weeks agoYou cannot report it to eBay if it's over 30 days, correct procedure would have been to open a case for item not as described within eBay's 30 day MBG policy for a full refund, and that ' reports' it because, if too many cases for the same reason happens, eBay can then remove said item even seller from their site.... permanently.
They cannot act on messages, because they do not see the actual item, and the message could be coming from a disgruntled member or even a competitor.
You can turn to your payment provider for help with a refund if you are still within 120 days of purchase.
