Fake product received
I brought an owala through ebay which i know was silly but the seller had good reviews and hundreds of them. I saw they accept returns before i brought it so thought well if its fake i will just send it back! Well i filed to get a refund and they seller replied and said they would give me a £5 when the i item was over £20, so i obviously said absolutely not, they they offered a 50% refund of the original price which i again declined, i have until tomorrow before ebay can step in to get the refund, however i have tried to report the account for counterfeit items and ebay just say they find no violation with their policy?! Is there anything i can do in the meantime of should i just wait the 3 days the seller gets to respond to my return? Im just really annoyed as i literally just want my money back but ebay and the seller are making it ridiculously challenging 🙄
