Mentor6 months agoIt is an issue , there's no denying it , and it doesn't only affect perfumes.
eBay cannot physically see the items, so they have their 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy, written on every listing, so buyers who buy fake items can claim a full refund.
If too many case for this reason is opened against a seller, this raises red flags to eBay they investigate and can remove the items and the seller from their site.
Buyers must open these return cases this is the only way to flag up these fakes to eBay.
