Fake Lego figures received
Summary: korit_andre reported winning an auction for Lego Stitch and Angel figures, but received what appear to be fake figures without Lego logos. The seller asked them to pay for return postage, promising a refund afterward. tommystrezures advised opening a case for 'item not as described' on eBay, stating that the seller should cover postage and warning not to close the case until a refund is issued.
Hi won an auction on Stated Lego stitch and angel figures but having received the figures they are clearly fake no Lego logos anywhere on the figures and do not much other genuine figures.
Have contacted the seller who has asked me to pay for postage to return item then they will add that to the refund, which have never had before on the rare occasion that I have returned something previously
Was told to open a return via eBay.
So any advice on this would be appreciated

Mentor1 month agoJust open an item not as described case. Seller pays postage. Once item returned seller has three days to refund. If they don’t escalate with eBay. DO NOT close the case for any excuses from seller.
