Fake Jellycat Seller
I have just received what I thought was going to be an authentic jellycat but is very clearly a fake. When I try to go to the page I bought it from the page no longer exists and same when trying to contact the seller. So, it’s clearly been a scam account selling fake items. I’ve gone through the refund process but am being told to post the item back to the seller to receive my refund. If the seller no longer exists and has deleted their trace I’m presuming they won’t be up for providing a refund! Not sure if there’s a helpline or real life person I can talk to at eBay to better understand how I’ll get my money back?

Mentor10 months agoIf you can use the money back guarantee it's not really up to the seller whether they refund or not.

Mentor10 months agoIF you need to talk to ebay then use this link to get a call back, It may be wise if the seller is no longer there, but they should be for returning items.
You need to ensure you have opened a INAD case the label to return will be supplied by ebay.
