Fake jellycat

Question

I’ve recently purchased what I was lead to believe to be a genuine jellycat it arrived and was definitely fake as quality etc was awful I contacted eBay and told them regarding the seller and sent photos and they’ve overturned my complaint and took sellers side I’m appalled as how many more people will be scammed ! Can I complain again ?

Did you use the money back guarantee and if so, did you do so within the strict time frames?

As Papso said, you should be covered by the MBG so we need more info on what happened. But one tip, going forward, for buying Jellycats on ebay - if the item location is Hounslow then it will be fake. There are numerous accounts selling fakes from this location. Ebay is awash with them. Many other listings will also be fake, particularly those that list in quantity, but Hounslow is a definite red flag.
