Fake items
I have recently purchased several items that have been non genuine. I have returned them for a refund. Ebay has now sent me an email concerned that I may be abusing the return system?. I would expect them to show the same concern that the platform is riddled with fake items. I have been a member for many years but now considering closing my account!

Just looking at the seller with the fake fragrances - if they're trading on a private account (as somebody selling off their own personal bits and pieces) you'd have to ask why yourself they have multiples of brand new fragrances. That's a red flag.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt's unfortunate that this message is automatically sent to members who have in most cases like yours, rightly opened return cases for refunds.
Sadly, if too many are opened a red flag is raised, as there are those unscrupulous 'players', playing the system knowing that a refund for a Simple Delivery item results, in a very quick full refund, and the item does not have to be sent back.
Genuine members like yourself, will fall under the same umbrella, have they actually banned you from buying, or is it just an AI generated badly written message?
