Fake items
I purchased an item last August and have now found out it is fake. Have I any standing with ebay to help me out as the buyer has stopped reponding to messages. And I am finding it impossible to get past the AI assistant. Any help appreciated

Even banks only allow max of 120 days.
If UK business, contact https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/
But after all this time you will find it hard to get help

The Money Back Guarantee gives you 30 days to open a case and return an item.
