Fake item
I bought two items, for which it turned out are fake. Given they looked very compelling, I didn't have doubts. However, totally unexpected I did a check, as I wasn't familiar how to check if the item is genuine or not, and I found out two are fake. I paid them together more than 400GBP. My time for a return experied, but only because they looked genuine so I wasn't checking. What to do now?

OP10 months agoHi there!
I contacted both of them but the never responded, no reaction. Which indicates they are runninng away from their responsibility. I tried to contact ebay, they are forwording me to their phone call, what I arranged but than call never came, instead I got sms that they are trying to reach me but unsuccessfully. I cannot reach agent online eaither becuse AI robot on chat doesn't allow me so. Do you know maybe how to solve this and get money back? Thank you very much!

If you have evidence that the items are fake, then, as advised, you should contact your payment provider (bank/credit card company).
Most banks give you up to 120 days to contact them and start a chargeback if you have bought items online which are 'not as described'.
