Fake ebay seller
I bought a face cream from what I thought was an ebay seller on 21st August 2025 for £18.99, the expected delivery date was 23rd to 27th August. Nothing arrived and so I went to track the package and I was asked to log in to my ebay account to do this. Once logged in to my ebay account I realised that the cream was not listed on it. Comment about what I can do to redeem my £18.99.

naming & shaming is not allowed on these boards for very good reasons.
You claim the seller you name is a fake seller "who advertise themselves as ebay sellers."
Factually they are an eBay seller and eBay list them as "One of eBay's most reputable sellers."

Mentor11 months agoDo you mean you cannot find the order in your eBay Purchase History page?
Then, it looks like you made the purchase on a Guest Purchase, your eBay account is not used for this purpose and this is how to claim a refund now for item not received:
