Fake Dio
I was sold fake Dior but eBay claim to have looked into this and say there has been no violation to their policy. How they can check in a few minutes is beyond me. What can I do?

Mentor6 months agoWhen did you buy this item? If still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery open a case for item not as described, and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
eBay work on cases, if this seller is selling numbers of these fake items, they show up in too many cases opened / refunded, eBay then act by removing the items and even the seller permanently, from their site.

·6 months agoIf you have received a fake item you need to start a return case.
You have 30 days from receipt to open a case.
Ebay don't act on reports of fakes but, if you open a return case, the seller will have to provide a label and refund you in full if you return the item.
