I have brought ascended heroes etb on 14th of feb which was on preorder and paid for it but this seller now been replying and I don’t think so I can get stuff I order I have have save him as seller as a proof lucky tha I have taken picture of transactions

Mentor5 months agoPre orders must be delivered within 40 days.
As said, check estimated delivery date.
Make sure you open item not received case within 30 days of this date,escalate 4 days later.
Ignore seller saying wait.

OP5 months agoWhich is in that case then date is for 20th feb and I will wait for it then and what happen if parcel not arrived till next week? Do I have to still wait for 40days??

Mentor5 months agoYou can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date.
This date will show on item in purchase history.

Mentor5 months agoNo item should be delivered within 40 days, but if on your order it says expected by say March 5 , then you can open a Not Received case on the 6th.

Just to be really clear, and to repeat the good advice from @tobiasd4
If you have checked your email, and it says the latest estimated delivery date is 20th February, you then have up to 30 days to open an 'item not received' case.
You can open a case on 21st February, or you can wait a bit.

What is the latest estimated delivery date given in that email.

OP5 months agoI have try to find email but I think I have deleted that which is make it hard but you can check my order number or item number without paying you can’t do pre order just money goes to seller ones been delivered I can sent you pictures for my item number
