Failure to respond to messages
Hi,
I Purchased an item on 16th, sent message to arrange pickup, same again next day and next day. No response at all.

My advice, genuinely, would be to wait a day or two.
Stop messaging the seller - not everyybody is online 24/7 and it may be that the seller works full time and only checks their Ebay and messages every few days.
If you paid on 16th, that is only 3 days ago.
