Failed Royal Mail Collection for Sold Item

Hi I recently sold an item that I advertised without postage options. The buyer bought the item and added postage themselves via ebay onto the purchase.
I prepared the item for collection and followed the "Simple Delivery" setup via ebay for collection yesterday 28/9/26 between 11.00-15.00 with courier to print label on collection
Waited in all day and collection never happened.
Attempted to raise this with ebay and ive been redirected to royal mail website which is now charging me for setting up a re-collection and I have to print the labels which i am unable to currently!

All your latest sales had postage option, so buyer can't add postage of not offered.
It is up to you to down load the label & arrange to take to courier or sort collection.

OP1 week agoI did have anything ready for collection organised for yesterday between 11-1500. Royal mail never arrived to collect?
