Failed dhl collection! Then sent by royal mail, cant find a way to overide / update posting off deta
Hi there, how do I over ride / update sales process as dhl failed to collect, so I posted via royal mail!
Also, how do I get the postage fee if ebay has separately collected this fee?

Mentor10 months agoYou can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label. It will remain unused and if the buyer paid for it the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days. If you paid for it (ie. you had free postage on your listing) you can cancel it here:
